Www.vistaprint.com they sometimes have offers with business card, t shirts and sometimes calendars (that are free) but you have to pay postage. They are cheap and you can upload pictures and customize the calendar.

Publisher actually has a calendar option, you can customize to an extent, and then print them at home.

Windows Task Launcher has a program for calenders. If you use Windows, I am sure you have this program.
