Question: Can i use sexy pictures if i buy a custom photo calendar from mac?

Me and my room mate want to make our boyfriends sexy calendars for valentine's day. She says we can do it at Kinko's for sure, but the calendars offered through iPhoto have more various designs and such, but I don't know if they'd let us use sexy or naughty pictures. Anyone know if they would or wouldn't?

If you want to make a sexy callendar from Mac or photos for private use or fun ,there is nothing illegal.But if you want to sell it or commercially use the Copyright rules will be applicable and illegal.

There's nothing in the terms and conditions that says they wouldn't allow it. Of course they might get a bit jealous of your boyfriends (like I am now).

Shouldn't be a problem. They might balk if either of you appears to be underage. But, other than that .... go for it.
