I find the FotoInsight seems to have greatest range of calendar models, sizes, templates and options.

Www.snapfish.co.uk Excellent service,they have loads of different layouts and suchlike. The quality is fantastic too and the prices are reasonable.

Buy 'iphoto' from apple.startpage.com you can create personalized calendars, cards, ivitations, ect. you can even edit the photos with the program. I am in love with it. however you have to pay for the calendars and cards but it is worth it, def pays it self off

More versatile and interesting is making photographic calendars through software, and the result looks most professional when printed by a proper photo service. For this you normally have to use the software which the (online) photolab provides (usually) for free.
